Membership Policy
Membership Cancellation
Membership at Grapple Zone LDN Ltd runs on a monthly basis and operates as a rolling contract with a minimum term of one month.
Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing to Admin@grapplezone.co.uk with one full months calendar notice.
Grapple Zone will confirm the cancellation and arrange the final payment. Members should not cancel their Direct Bebit until confirmation has been received.
It is the member’s responsibility to instruct their bank to cancel the Direct Debit after the final payment has been made. Grapple Zone LDN Ltd is not obliged to refund fees where the member has failed to cancel the instruction and cannot provide proof of a valid cancellation request. All fees and charges must be fully settled before the Direct Debit is cancelled.
Re-joining Fee
Any member who cancels their membership and later wishes to re-join will be subject to the current joining fee and will be placed on the current membership tariff listed at:

Membership Freeze
Membership freezes are permitted for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months per calendar year unless otherwise agreed by management. Freeze requests must be emailed to admin@grapplezone.co.uk.
A Grapple Zone LDN Ltd team member will confirm all freeze requests. If confirmation is not received, the member is responsible for re-submitting the request.
Refund Policy
Membership fees, class passes and training packages are non-refundable unless required by law or in exceptional circumstances approved by management.
Facility Use Policy
Members must respect all areas of the facility including shared spaces such as reception, changing rooms and treatment areas. Disruptive behaviour towards other businesses operating in the building will not be tolerated.
